Our English-speaking drivers will be waiting for you on the quayside of the port of Salerno, holding a sign with your name on it. After a greeting the tour will begin.

Once you have left the port you will proceed towards ancient Pompeii: considered the best Roman archaeological site destroyed by Vesuvius in the eruption of 79 AD. An estimated 2 hours should be adequate for a good visit of the site.

After Pompeii, you will be driven to Amalfi. After an obligatory visit to the famous cathedral of San Andrea, you can stroll through the streets of the old historical centre, browsing through souvenir shops or merely being captivated by the fragrances and tastes of the local delicacies.

After Lunch, one proceeds along the Amalfi coast, encountering the charming Positano, perched on the mountainside and overlooking the clear crystal sea. You will be able to walk along the narrow streets which lead down to the main beach. The main monuments are the church of Saint Mary Theresa of the Assumption, with its beautiful maiolica cupola and the Saracen tower. Not to be underestimated is shopping in Positano, and excellent gastronomy.
At the end of this wonderful day out you will be driven back to your ship.
